Instructions for the Crust:

  1. Beat all ingredients together at medium-low speed until it all comes together.
  2. Place and press down the dough in bottom of lined and sprayed 9×13″ square pan.
  3. Let cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 min or until golden.

Instructions for Lemon-lime Custard:

  1. Combine sugar and flour.
  2. Add eggs and beat them in one at a time.
  3. Add lemon-lime juice and lemon-lime zest. Beat in.
  4. Let rest for 10 minutes. Beat again.
  5. Pour immediately over hot crust and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Sift powdered sugar over top, cut, and serve.

 

Notes

Serve with some lemonade!
